hi

This is typoscript from "css_styled_content" :

  1. "Menu of subpages to these pages"
    1 < .default
    1.special = directory
    1.wrap = <div class="csc-menu csc-menu-1">|</div>

Why wrap is DIV ? But UL in Frontend code source ?

So, Wy it's not possible to change linkWrap (LI TAG) in linkWrap (A TAG only)

Because there's also this in the static template:
  1. Match TYPO3 3.9.0 and later
    [compatVersion = 3.9.0]
    ...
  2. accessible menu
    tt_content.menu.20 { # "Menu of these pages"
    default.wrap = <ul class="csc-menu csc-menu-def">|</ul>
    ...
