update from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 failed

Description
If i upgrade one of my typo3 Installations from 4.14 to 4.15 the Frontend stops working and this Erros displays:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method tslib_tmenu::generate() in /var/www/typo3_src-4.1.5/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_menu.php on line 841
Switching back to 4.14 solves the Problem !!!

This is strange. The only thing that was modified between TYPO3 4.1.4 and 4.1.5 was the localization thing in t3lib_div. tslib_menu wasn't touched at all and tslib_tmenu is also defined in typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_menu.php.
How did you upgrade to TYPO3 4.1.5? By patch, or using the complete release package?

I used the complete release package and just switched the symlink to 4.1.5.
Several other typo3 installations (with 4.1.5) are running fine !
I tried to disable recently updated Packages (about 8 or 10) and tried again, but no change :=( Even switching on "sqldebug" and "debug" did not help on investigating the problem.
Im am using PHP Version 5.2.5-pl1 with eAccelerator v0.9.5.1, and MySQL 4.1.22

Please attach your file at /var/www/typo3_src-4.1.5/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_menu.php to this bug report. Furthermore you could try to disable eAccelerator to test if it has something to do with this issue.

Update:
I deleted the complete typo3 4.1.5 folder and unpacked it again. Now it works ! Strange....
