It aint a real bug, but a missing feature: form and table wizard only apear after first save

(issue imported from #M7207)

yes.. i was really struggling because he form wizard disappeared from everywhere...

i tried bot FF 2.0.0.11 and Safari 3.0 ... with Typo3 4.1.2 >

I just did some testing related to #18215 and some other wizard related issues, but I did not stumble upon this one.

I am using FF3 and templavoila.

Could you provide an exact way to reproduce this in 4.2.1 or trunk?
