TCEForms does not render --palette-- special config, see e.g. element 'Text x/image'.

Description
In the content element 'Text w/image', under 'Width (pixels):' there are three palettes, but only one i shown in Typo3 4.2alpha3. The two that are not shown are confifgured as --palette--.
The attached patch corrects this.

Hi Kasper,
thanks for your work! Nevertheless you should also submit your patches to the core list to ensure that they get into the core... otherwise it might take ages until a core dev finds your patch and submitts it to SVN.

The problem is that I am quite busy at the moment, so I would not be able to follow up on any comments in the core list. So I keep a low profile for now.

This bug was fixed in revision 3148 and can be closed, marked as 'fixed'.
The bug was apparently introduced when solving issue #17844.
The line in the Changelog that reads:

...could get added: "Fixes bug #17844".
PS: The example of where to see this as given in this issues 'Description'-field is no longer valid, since a restructuring of 'Text w/pic' has happened since.
