Description

When logged out from another screen and collapsing / expanding the AJAX pagetree there is an error and it's not formatted correctly, because the AJAX responders are not loaded in that frame.
Solution: Add the JS file to the navframe as well. Thanks to Ingmar for pointing out the problem.
