Delete unused Marker in parsehtml::substituteMarkerArray

Description

This function is called when using templates and markerArray in FE (tslib_content) and in new BE with static call.

There is no way to substitute unused Markers yet, so now there is a new flag that can be used to delete these Markers.

This is very useful as you only need to use Markers with content, just set the deleteUnused-Flag to 1
