Problem:
Block style plugin may be invoked in order to populate a select box with available/allowed class selectors.
Invoking the plugin fails in FF3 and IE7 when invoked from another document because options created in a document cannot be added to a select element created in another document.
Solution:
Check the owner document of the select element.
