if i change the option "start up in the following module" to something like "templavoila" or "page" and afterwards changes the workspace, i'm not getting the main menu on the left. i only get the pagetree and the content-area. the page is called "Frameset".
the following javascript-errors are thrown :

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
