Description
When visiting a page of the "external url" type it takes typo3 approximately 14+ seconds to return a response. The PHP process maintains a normal ram and CPU usage in this period.
It is possible to remove this wait by setting the page to having "no cache". Which seems odd since it does not make any sense to cache an external url page. But it works.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
