JPG, PNG, GIF=>
Image Dimensions: do not work ( they are the same of the plain image )
No Image in FE if Image Options / Image quality/processing not set to NONE ( img src="" : EMPTY)
Image Effects: do not work ( the image is the plain image)

GDLib using PNG: 0
GDLib 2 enabled: 1
IM5 effects enabled: -1 (Blurring/Sharpening with IM 5+) Freetype DPI: 96 (Should be 96 for Freetype 2) Mask invert: 0 (Should be set for some IM versions approx. 5.4+)
File Formats: gif,jpg,jpeg,tif,bmp,pcx,tga,png,pdf,ai
INSTALL TOOL TEST ALL OK

WRITING IN BLOCK LETTERS means that you shout to someone. Are you sure it is a good way to make bug fixed?

changing installation directory resolved the issue
