Description

The TypoScript-Help-Module only displays an ugly marker (###FUNC_MENU###) instead of the Help-Selectbox if you are viewing it as non-Admin User.

Reproduce:
1) Make non-admin user with access to TypoScript Help
2) Log in with that user
3) click on TypoScript Help
4) see ugly marker and no help

Possible cause:
Wrong check in sysext/tsconfig_help/mod1/index.php line 100 (if ...) -> couldn't figure it out exactly.
(issue imported from #M8573)

you're right.

But: the template modul is admin only. So imho Typoscript-Help is only needed by admin, or do you have a reason for a non-admin to have access to it?

Check in tsconfig_help is for admin only.

ok, i agree. so this should never be displayed for a normal user => remove it from backend user configuration -> modules ?

on second thought: the tsconfig-help shows - as it's name states - also the tsconfig help sections. To those a normal backend user can have access to. So the module makes sense for a non-admin too.
