Description

Problem:
Although we have a new caching framework, the caches in TYPO3 aren't using it yet.

Solution:
Change the caches to use the new t3lib_cache framework.

Notes:
This has been implemented during Hackontest 2008, also some bugs have been fixed with the caching framework and Dmitry has implemented the memcached cache backend, too.
