Description

Problem:
If you shift around the order of the select list for tt_content.imageorient a bit to have the 'Left' options first and remove the uneccessary items for CType image so that only the 'Above' positions are left, the behaviour of the select list and the icons below it becomes erratic for CType image, because the icons seem to be connected to the order in the select list and not to the key.
At least this is what I think, cannot really judge.

As a result this means that
a) the options that are of use for both CTypes have to come first in the select list though the 'left' options in my experience are used far more often than 'above' in CType image.
b) the default value has to be set to the options allowed for both CTypes.

What I would like to have:
- Make restrictions for a 'subtype' independent from the order in the select list.
- Let me choose a default value for each 'subtype' using something like the following option:
TCEFORM.tt_content.imageorient.types.image.default = 0
TCEFORM.tt_content.imageorient.types.textpic.default = 4711

Thus we would be able to use completely independent lists in one field for different CTypes and their 'subfields'.

Prosit, Uschi
