Fileadmin: New folders: Singular and plural are the same ("folders")

Description

In the filelist module there is a drowdown, where you could choose how many folders you want to create, there is currently no difference between singular and plural:
1 Folders
2 Folders
3 Folders

Solution:
  • Showing 'Folder' for the first entry
  • Add labels 'folder' and 'folders' to locallang_mod_file_list.xml
  • Remove <label index="file_newfolder.php.folders">folders</label> from locallang_core.xml (its not used anymore)
