When trying to directly import an extension (by clicking the little red arrow), this error message pops up, no matter which extension or mirror:
Error: The datatransfer did not succeed. The T3X file could not be fetched. Possible reasons: network problems, allow_url_fopen is off, curl is not enabled in Install tool.
However, it works well if I click on the title of the extension and then the import/update button, so it does not seem like a network problem or some such but like a problem of the direct import function.

The title should read: "Direct import of extensions always fails,..."

Not reproducible with final version, only appeared in beta of 4.3.
