No multiple RTEs in TCEFORMs (htmlarea 1.5.7 on 4.1.10)

Description
If a TCEFORM contains more than one htmlarea RTE, only the first one will load properly (at least in Firefox 3.0.7 and IE 7). The others will pend with "The editor is being loaded".
This is a regression from Version 1.5.7 compared to 1.5.4 (and maybe later versions) where this was possible.
By doing a diff, it seems that some optimiziation in loading JavaScript is responsible for this regression, see attached patch, which solves the problem for me.
Without the patch, it seems the htmlarea plugins can't be loaded (TableOperations is not defined).

I am unable to reproduce this issue with SVN 4.1 branch.
Please delete all files in typo3temp with file names starting with "rtehtmlarea_" and clear the browser cache.

Do you still experience this issue? If so, could you provide a test case?
There seems to be an installation or upgrade problem here: TYPO3 4.1.10 was released with version 1.5.8 of the htmlArea RTE.

Hi Stanislas, thanks for circling back to this one. You seem to be right, I could not reproduce the behaviour. Sorry for the mess.
