Icon of hidden shortcut-pages is not unique

Description
the arrow of shortcutpages is at the position of the "hidden-sign" (typo3\sysext\t3skin\icons\gfx\i\pages_shortcut__h.gif), so if a shortcutpage ist hidden it looks like a normal page. So maby it is possible to change the shortcuticon so it is unique even if hidden.
Maybe other icons could me checked for this too.

Is fixed with TYPO3 4.4, as we have new Sprite APIs and clear overlays, it works.
