Description
After update to 4.2.8 the links to external pages are not prepended with http://typo3/ anymore, but after creating one, it is surrounded with a red border and is not rendered as link in FE.
Using the context menu point "modify link" the correct link shows up in the footer line of RTE, but on the "external link" page of the popup-editor, everything is empty or set to default.
Using the context menu "check link" the correct page opens, even that the link is still with a red border.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
