Problem:
the link in the following message is not visible because it is not underlined or marked otherwise:
"If you think you have found a security issue in TYPO3 or an extension, please contact the TYPO3 security team! Thank you!"
this message appears in the "import" module of the extension manager.
Solution:
underline the link
(f.e. by wrapping it in <div class="typo3-message message-information">...)
the link became non-underlined with making t3skin the default skin
so it would be also an option to change this in earlier versions
(issue imported from #M11855)
