Description

Got a tiny problem with my setup and discovered this small bug. As my TYPO3 installation can't fetch any data the extensionlist fetching always fails.

But when I run the TER update checker it reports success when it in reality fails.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
