Drag and Drop within FCE in BE does not work with IE8

Description

With IE8 in the BE drag and drop of records in order to sort them within an FCE does not work. It works fine if the frame is not scrolled down. So the offset of the frame is not calculated properly within IE8.

No issues with FF or IE7

Seems to be related to 0008882 but this occurs with version 4.2.10 which has the patch of the related issue.

Anybody else experiencing this?
