Description
In the status report of the Reports module, statuses are grouped into collections, which are in turn sorted alphabetically except for some "system" collections which should remain at the top of the report.
This separation of "primary" and "secondary" status collection wrongly relies on the localized labels of each collection, which will fail in other languages than English.
Attached patch corrects that behavior and also makes the difference between primary and secondary status collections more explicit for improved clarity.
