Description

/typo3/init.php#14223:

getFileAbsFileName() returns blank although $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SC_OPTIONS']['GLOBAL']['cliKeys'][$temp_cliKey]0 is set correctly :(

further research reveals:

class.t3lib_div.php#3795 (getFileAbsFileName):

t3lib_extMgm::isLoaded($extKey) resolves to false within cli context...

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
