Tried this on Firefox 3.5.5 with Ubuntu 9.10

I create a CE (for example type image or text) on a page and then delete it. I see it in the list of non-used elements on that page.

I then select the recycler module. The recycler window is empty: I can see the recycler form but no elements are shown. So I can't undelete the CE.
When I'm on the page where I deleted a CE this drop-down first showed 'no records for pages' as the only (active) option. The other option 'All tables (0)' was greyed out.
Afterwards (having logged in and out, clearing browser chache) the drop-down now shows 'No records or static-countries'. The other option 'All tables (0)' is greyed out.

When I'm on root page pid=0 the drop-down shows 'Landen' (countries) and has 2 options: 'All tables(1)' and 'Landen (1)' (countries).

I select whatever other page in the site tree but the recycler window doesn't show elements.

I've added recycler.png. On this screenshot I had selected the page where just before I had deleted a CE.

Maybe I misunderstand the functionality of the recycler although "The recycler allows you to select any deleted data and undelete it" sounds quite straightforward.
