Description
When editing a big text content in a resized text area (RTE previously disabled), the text area narrows to a default size.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a text content element.
- Fill the text content with a large amount of text (20 lines or more).
- Disable the RTE.
- Resize the text area using mouse.
- Double click on a word and change it: the text area will shrink.

The width of the text area stays as it was, but the height shrinks to 3 lines (tested with Firefox).
I have the same effect, when I open an element with much text; there the text-area shrinks the same way (on opening).

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
