In case it is permitted to delete pages, it is not possible to move an page for non-admin-Be-users, although they have edit permission ("Edit page: Change/*Move* page, eg. change pagetitle etc.").

I cannot reproduce this problem with current trunk:
I set up a page and gave the (non-admin) users of group editor the right to
- show the page,
- edit content,
- edit the page and
- create new pages
They are not allowed to
- delete the page.
Afterwards moving the page works correctly for an editor of that group.
Maybe caused by an extension?
