"simulate static documents" doesn't show a page name for chinese pages or menu links

Description
First hank you very much for your excellent typo3 programming work.
"simulate static documents" works correctly with e.g. russian BUT NOT with Chinese (utf8 in both cases).
There is NO <Navigation_name> in FE address line of the browser or menu links .. ONLY e.g. "14.0.html"
AS IS value of address line / menu-link e.g.:
http://www.domain-xyz.org/12.0.html
EXPECTED value of address line / menu-link e.g.:
http://www.domain-xyz.org/nihao.12.0.html
- apt-get install ttf-arphic-ukai ttf-arphic-uming ttf2pt1-chinese xfonts-intl-chinese xfonts-intl-chinese-big
Tested with debian sqeeze / php 5.3 + source installation of typo3 4.4 beta3.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
