Step 2 mentions 1. Create db and 2. Choose db. This ofcourse is not correct. It is either create a db or choose a db. The accompanying image shows how it should be. By means of the radio buttons you choose option "Create DB" or "Choose DB"
This issue needs to be addressed for the installation of the Introduction Package and needs to be usable for plain users.
