Accentuated characters are badly displayed in context menus

Description
This can't be seen in English, but in languages using accentuetad characters surch as French, it does.

I have also added a secondary secreenshot about the same kind of issue affecting labels of flexforms of type section/container when they are created on the fly. It is possible both issues find their source in the same reason (ajax generation script missing character encoding specification in <head> tag ?)

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
