Select box "language" inaccessible in narrow viewports (Page > Quickedit)

Description

Module WEB > Page > Quickedit: In narrow viewports the select element named "SET[language]" can be covered by div.docheader-row2-right which contains the path to the current document. In that situation SET[language] is no longer accessible for mouse events.

How to reproduce:
1. Narrow the viewport until the select element named "SET[language]" jumps into a secont row as shown on the screenshot.
2. Select Module WEB > Page > Quickedit.
3. Select a page which is nested deep in your page tree and/or has a long title and has an alternative language.

I could not figure out a way to delete the initially uploaded png, which is too big. Can anyone delete it for me please?

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

Yes, in TYPO3 4.7.14 the float behaviour of all items in form#ext-gen131 or div.typo3-fullDoc or div#typo3-docheader is still an issue.

This is no security issue so this won't be fixed in 4.7 (also not in 4.5).

So only the question is left, does this issue exists in 6.1 (or latest beta of 6.2).
