Page module looks confusing with one column

with the setting
mod.SHARED.colPos_list = 0
the page module looks not good
Tools are on the left side instead on top of the content.
(issue imported from #M16588)
The problem is that the table is much too small.
The table should take 100% of the available width, then the available space would always be used best. This has the disadvantage of jumping content, when you change the width of the page tree or if you hide the page tree.
Alternativelly a width of exactly 500px for the table would make sense, because then it always fits on the screen without a scrollbar when you use 1024x768px .

The display in the Page Module has been reworked in the meantime. Now the available width is always used optimally.
