Description
The usage of collapseable sections is very useful in BE. The reports module adds some prototype / scriptaculous code to achieve that.
Further modulemenu uses the same.
Solution: remove code from reports module and use a general method in template to get collapseable sections.
The ExtDirect dataprovider for usersettings is triggered to get/set the states if configured.
