Description

The pageRenderer contains the variable 'jsFooterFiles', but this variable is never used during the rendering process. All files are added to 'jsFiles' with a section (header/footer).

This variable should be removed, it causes confusion for some extensions (js_css_optimizer) that are trying to merge/compress these based on the location (header/footer) of files.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?
