Some plugins no longer show title when editing content element in TYPO3 4.4.5 or 4.4.6

Description

When upgrading from TYPO3 4.4.4 to 4.4.5 or 4.4.6, some plugins no longer Display the title (header) when editing the plugin content element in the backend.

After downgrade to 4.4.4, title is visible again.

One extension that is definitly affected is pbsurvey 1.3.0.

I've also opened a bug-report with pbsurvey, but I believe the problem should be fixed in TYPO3: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/11763

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
