Workspace_perms & fileoper_perms cannot be set in be_groups

Description
It seems impossiple to set the workspace_perms nor fileoper_perms for be_groups - no matter what I do the the following get set:
Edit Live (Online)
Edit Draft (Offline)
Create new workspace projects
Files: Upload,Copy,Move,Delete,Rename,New,Edit
Files: Unzip
Directory: Move,Delete,Rename,New
Directory: Copy
Directory: Delete recursively (rm -Rf)

The same issue with be_users - either no checkboxes are selected or all.
@Christpher: What do you mean by "Workspace_perms & fileoper_perms cannot be set in be_groups"????

I cannot reproduce that on beta4 (or trunk). Can you check if the problem is gone by now? Thanks!

I've got the same problem! Unfixed since now...
I cannot check "Edit Live (Online)" either in BE-User nor in BE-User-Group. Tested on TYPO3 4.6.9.
After checking the Setting "Edit Live (Online)" the Setting is set back to "zero" (unchecked) after saving.
