This bug is a bit hard to reproduce. I managed to reproduce it twice.

I'm trying to install Templavoila so static_info_tables is needed.

I click on import static_info_tables and get the error from screenshot 1

So i go to the install tool and enable Curl use. It also sets the option for versionNumberInFilename although i didn't touch it (see screenshot 2).

Now the extension downloads fine.

Then i disable curlUse using the install tool and retry the whole process. It still downloads fine.

Then i delete the curlUse and versionNumberInFilename from localconf and retry the whole process again.

This time downloading fails again and shows the message from screenshot 1.

The problem is that i can't reproduce it again so the problem might be in something else:

- My internet connection
- The connection to the repository

Maybe it's better to check for the real problem and report that instead of giving three possible options. It should be easy to check if allow_furl_open is off and if curl is enabled.
