htmlArea RTE RTE inserts incorrect link if text is double-clicked in Safari

Description
same as in #0017140 ?
Linking a text by a double click instead of marking the text causes an unusal behaivor.
The complete link will be inserted in between the double clicked text.

Please test patch attached to issue #17140.
Clear the RTE cache, using BE Clear cache menu, after applying the patch.
