I just tried and for me it works with an installation I upgraded from 4.4.6 to 4.5.0.

After your login attempt, do you have a new row in the table fe_sessions?
Does it work with another browser?
Did you change how the passwords are encrypted, e.g. did you install saltedpw?
Maybe you have a problem with the cookies?

as i updated my installation, i made a db compare. But there are some errors (see attachement). Could it be that this errors affect the felogin? Are this errors a problem from server or my installation?

The table fe_session is emtpy after by login. The felogin tell me every time "wrong login"

All the tables you have problems with are InnoDB tables. So you must have a problem with the InnoDB engine. You'll find a lot of debugging help for InnoDB at Google.
