FE setup different from BE setup

Description

The FE setup is not the same as the BE setup. I have clear all caches for several times. However the FE has an old version of the setup, some hours ago.
After going back to TYPO3 4.4.6 everything is fine again.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?
