When previewing a page in a custom Workspace, unable to execute an action in List view tab.

Description
In a custom workspace, if I modify a page and I click on the preview page button, a new window opens with a Visual preview of my changes. When I select the List view tab and I checked all changed elements and then in the dropdown menu "choose Action" I select "Publish to LIVE", nothing append. It's the same thing for others actions like "Swap" or "Send record to the next Stage".
I don't think it's the rights of my users, because if I use the module Workspaces to publish it works.
There's some javascript errors in the window that opens for the preview, maybe it could be the cause of the problems?
I'm using version 4.5.2 of TYPO3

Here's the javascript error that occurs when I select "Publish to LIVE" : top.TYPO3.Windows is undefined.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?
