Default SQL values for pages.fe_group and tt_conten.fe_group do not match TCA

Description

The default values for the fields pages.fe_group and tt_content.fe_group are both '0' according to the default database settings.
However, when saving a record the '0' is overwritten with an empty string, because for both fields there is no default value in the TCA.

Not a big problem, but the result is that in the workspaces module a lot of records show a diff that says "Access: " followed by nothing, which is a bit confusing.

Present in all TYPO3 versions.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?
