There are a lot violations against the CGL rule "FunctionCallArgumentSpacingNoSpaceAfterComma" in /typo3/. This should be fixed.

i will split this task up into at least 2 commits:
- 1 for all folders execpt /sysext/
- 1 or more for the rest
