ChangeLog file is too big

Description
The ChangeLog file has a size of more than 1 MByte, which is about 2% of the size of all TYPO3 files. The ChangeLog file should be much smaller. Entries from the year 2003 are not needed any more. Normal uses want to read only the latest entries.
Remove the entries of the unsupported TYPO3 versions from the ChangeLog file.

Well, it is a changelog. I would say it is cool that it is so big. That means a lot is happening in TYPO3. If you do not need it, feel free to delete the file after downloading. From a package point of view, this is no problem: It is all only text, and compression values of this is very high.

But it packs rather well. In zipped form it's not more than 300.000 Bytes and approx. 1.3% of a typo3_src-x.x.x package. I would say: Leave it as it is - it's good to have it complete.
