Extension Manager windows fill whole screen

Description
If I remember correctly, the optional "window view" in the extension manager should open windows that can be moved around.
However, on one of my installations, the windows always fill the whole screen with no obvious option to resize them.
The iframe in which the popup resides is set to a size of 2313 x 1297px, which seems excessive.

Hi Oliver,
this was changed last year on purpose because the old modal "small" window was not really useful (needed to be resized per extension and usually had a scroll-bar attached).
Being "modal window" you cannot have more than one open anyway, and you cannot use any other part of the EM while it is open. So it made sense to simply make it "full screen" (fills the whole size of your window).
It was changed in #29585 and thus was part of release 4.5.6 (4.5.0 .. 4.5.5 had the old small window) and 4.6.0 (and later).
Considering that explanation, I'll close this issue.
