Extensionmanager sould only show compatible Extension-Versions

Description
TYPO3 have an LTS Version 4.5.
Since a while more and more exensions are only support newer versions of TYPO3.
The Extensionmanager in 4.5 should have a checkbox to load a correct version of an extension which is compatible to 4.5

Most extensions do not specify which version(s) of TYPO3 they support. We will make changes in both TER and the EM to make it visible if an extension is not compatible with any of the currently supported TYPO3 versions.
If an extension has set that it's not compatible with your TYPO3 version then you will get a warning and the extension will not be installed (until you specifically tell the EM to ignore that incompatibility).

Hi Jan,
please comment on this ticket again if the solution is not sufficient for you.
The problem can not be solved easily but big steps are taken to introduce the version dependency as required.
I will close the issue for now since the first step is to clean-up TER and educate extension authors.
A similar feature is already being implemented for the 6.0-branch.
