Extension Manager - Error during file indexing (duplicate entry)

Description

Hey there,
I installed realUrl and tt_news yesterday and today, when I wanted to add a new page to the pagetree - it didn't work.
I can "create" one, but as soon as i click "Save", the form to create the page is empty again, and nothing happened.

However I think this might have to do with another problem I just mentioned.

When I try to open the Extension Manager, I see the following error:

Error during file indexing: "Duplicate entry '31' for key 'PRIMARY'"

I have to add, that every time I try to open the Extension Manager again, the number of the entry increments.

I have no idea what is causing this problem.

Was able to fix it. Somehow my LocalConfig.php must have been changed from native to adodb. Editing that fixed the problem.
