Call to a member function getConfiguration() on a non-object in /var/www/web7/html/T3/typo3_sources/typo3_src-6.1.0/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Configuration/ConfigurationManager.php on line 138

after update from 6.0.4 to 6.1.0 while performing update wizard.

As you report in #47770 that this is solved, I close this issue.

It sounds like a problem with APC after clearing your cache.
