Problem with text encoding when label is defined through TS

Description

I have expirienced strange problem. When i want to overwrite some extensions labels through TS all works fine if i do thi using:

tx_foo._LOCAL_LANG.default {
bar= Zażółć gęślą jaźń
}

but if i want to set label for polish language:
tx_foo._LOCAL_LANG.pl {
bar= Zażółć gęślą jaźń
}

non-english letters are rendered like this: ZaşóĹ?Ä? gÄ?Ĺ?lÄ? jaĹşĹ?

As i said the same string works fine for default language but is broken for polish.

*Polish language is set in page config.
