Description
it's ten years that i have always to check that checkbox when uploading an extension.
i haven't ever seen a case where i didn't need to overwrite an uploaded ext.. (maybe if you want to uplaod in your local site another copy of the same ext for comparison?)
i guess that checkbox should at least be checked by default, what do you think?

As this might break the system I prefer to not enable the checkbox by default! So if you forget to check existing extensions, or you uploading the wrong extension.

Hi Nicole.. please be more specific: how can you break the system?
i'm sure 99.99% of the developer who uploads extensions directly (and those are only developers, because "integrators" get extensions from TER, not from local) have the boring automatic "check that checkbox" when uploading..
