Hello,
In my TYPO3 4.5.25, the extjs window can be stuck in the top of TYPO3 when I move it. After this, we should recharge the page to get the window back and usable.
I can reproduce the problem in Firefox 21. Not in Chrome 24 for exemple.
You can find a exemple in the attachement in Firefox. And another one in Chrome. You can see that in Chrome, the windows cannot be stuck on the top menu.
